As a life-long resident in Chatham-Kent, I have always been lucky to call Ward 2 my home. Over the past decade I have worked in the Senior Care field where my passion for the advocation of seniors led me to want to work even harder, and advocate for my community. I greatly appreciated the ability you stowed upon me during this term. It gave me the opportunity to represent you to the best of my ability over the past four years.

During the four years of this term there has been some milestones in our community but also some challenges and unprecedented times, I want to continue to help lead us to a better tomorrow and the continued betterment of our community. Despite these difficult times, there has been lots of positives we have seen expediential growth in CK including commercial and residential growth. With some future economic unknowns, proven dedication, experience and leadership will be of the upmost importance.

Understanding Ward 2 has a vast geography of rural, urban and agricultural I have tried and will continue to bring a balanced approach to the Council table. I recognize that every decision made has impacts, and not all the of the decision’s made are easy. I will continue to endeavor to be open and balanced in my decision making. Being approachable and responsive about your concerns will continue to be very important to me because I know that your concerns are very important to you.

If re-elected, I will continue to be a visible anchor in the community while understanding that the real hard work is not done in front of the camera it is performed on the days leading up to the meetings, and during the meetings itself. I encourage you to watch some meetings over the last four years, I will continue to ask the difficult questions and the questions that you want answers to. The last four years representing Ward 2 has taught me a lot, but there is still a lot to learn and a lot work to be done. I will continue to be community driven and action orientated. I am extremely thankful for your support and time and will continue to put in the work for you!
