A new ward make up, the same strong voice.
With a new ward structure and reduced representation, having a strong, experienced voice at the Council table has never been more important. Ward 2 deserves a representative who is accessible, engaged, and committed to advocating for the interests of its residents, businesses, and community organizations.
My Focus
I will continue focus on finding new ways to help low income residents source affordable housing in order to improve quality of life. Residents within the Chatham-Kent community thrive when they feel a strong sense of safety and security. Homelessness is a key issue in Chatham-Kent. One I have worked and focused on through several successful motions and initiatives.
I plan to continue to advocate for more funding to address C-K's infrastructure challenges. Previously sitting on the infrastructure and engineering committee, I will continue to support innovated solutions to address the aging and underfunded infrastructure. We work hard in Chatham-Kent and we deserve good infrastructure to live, work and play.
